How should we use shotcrete machine reasonably in the cold winter? China Coal Group summarized four points for everyone.
Point one: If plastering indoors, the indoor temperature must not be lower than 5 degrees, so it should be done in advance to keep warm and cold protection measures;
Point two: In winter, you should find a special person to do cold protection and temperature measurement work, and pay attention to the problem of indoor ventilation and freezing of the mortar at all times;
Point three: When the construction is particularly cold, if the indoor aerated concrete block wall is to be plastered, antifreeze and heat insulation measures should be taken, such as heating the sand or stirring the mortar with hot water to keep the temperature of the mortar at least 5 ℃;
Point four: For the wall surface made of frozen blocks, we should make freezing measures in advance. When the masonry is completely frozen and the indoor temperature persists above 5 ° C, the indoor aeration and wall plastering can be stopped.
