1. Before each shot, check the pressing force applied to the rubber plate of shotcrete machine. If the pressing force is too small, the pressure airflow will overflow from the joint surface. The fine particles it carries enter the sealing surface, exacerbating the wear of rubber plates and steel liners. Excessive tightening pressure will increase the wear of the rubber plate and increase the power consumption of the motor.
2. After the completion of each shift, while cleaning the shotcrete machine, especially clean the surface of the rubber plate and the steel lining, and check the wear of the rubber plate and the steel lining:
(1) The degree of wear of a rubber sheet is measured by whether it can achieve an effective seal. If the high and low pressure range of the gas cannot be isolated and the sealing surface has deep grooves, the rubber plate must be replaced.
(2) There must be no deep scratches on the surface of the steel lining. The scratch depth needs to be reground if the depth exceeds 1mm. The edges of the steel lining must pass through sharp edges. If the edges are cut obliquely, fine particles will infiltrate the joint surface of the rubber plate and the steel lining plate during work, causing the rubber plate to abrasion and shortening its service life. The steel lining plate should be repaired in time.
