1. 2. Repair of the rotor lining of the dry shotcrete machine: Use a delicate chisel to separate the lining from the rotor. Do not hit it with a heavy hammer or other tools to avoid damaging the particularly hard and brittle rotor lining and thoroughly clean the lining The interface with the rotor.
3. Removal of the rotor of the dry shotcrete machine: Remove the rotor from the main shaft of the reducer, and pull out the plastic cavity from the rotor hole. Thoroughly clean the rotor, turn the rotor end surface until the scar disappears, check the plastic material cavity, if it is damaged, it should be replaced again, pay special attention to the O-ring seals at both ends of the material cavity during installation.
