The solution for excessive aggregate: blocking the conveying pipe, stop the machine rotation, close the gas line valve, remove the conveying pipe from the elbow, open the gas line valve, and blow out the stored material of the rotor. Then check the conveying pipe, tap the blockage with a wooden stick, loosen or hollow out the blockage (note: before dismantling the discharge elbow or pipeline, the pressure in the conveying pipe should be reduced to 0). The pipe is connected to the elbow and blown out with compressed air. If the transmission distance exceeds 40m, each 20m long pipe should be treated separately.
2. The solution to the excessive water content of the dry mix: stop the machine rotation and close the air path valve. If the discharge elbow is blocked, the pipeline should be disassembled and the elbow and rotor material cavity should be cleaned to reduce the mixture. Water-cement ratio.
3. The solution of the air pressure of the dry shotcrete machine is too low: stop the motor and the air supply pipeline. If the rotor is blocked, the air inlet pipe and the upper air pipe should be disassembled, and the rotor material cavity should be cleaned with a brush.
4. The solution of the air inlet pipe of the dry shotcrete machine is too small, and the air supply of the compressor is small: replace the large-section air pipe and replace the large-capacity compressor.
