2. Wet shotcrete machine cleaning
After each work, all pipelines and pump hoppers and piston cylinders must be cleaned. Open the lower door of the hopper of the pump, clean the concrete in the hopper, close the lower door, fill up with water, stuff the cleaning ball into the pipe and draw water until the cleaning ball and clean water flow out. Remove all pipes and rinse with water until clean. It is usually necessary to process a threaded end cap the same size as the sprinkler. The top is used as a plug at the front end. The connecting elbow is disassembled and the air source is opened. The concrete in the pipeline is sprayed from the front end with pressurized air and water is added to the pipe. It can also be added with quick-setting agent pump water, then add the cleaning ball, open the seal, and rinse repeatedly. Open the lower discharge door, rinse with water, start the reverse pump switch, rinse the discharge port with water, and clean the pump S swing pipe.

Check whether the injector in the air ring sleeve is blocked every time before starting the machine, and clean the concrete residue in each small hole. The equipment has seven grease nozzles, which need to be filled with grease before each operation of the equipment. The water tank of the pump cylinder should be filled with water before starting up. Always observe the hydraulic oil level, and pay attention to ensuring the cooling of the hydraulic oil when working.
