A: Prepare the wet material and feed it to the jetting machine. Sand and stone are poured with water in advance, mixed with cement according to the proportion and sent to the jetting machine, which can greatly reduce the amount of dust produced during mixing, injection and jetting, and it is not easy to stick to the wall of the conveying pipe. Double water ring to add water. The two water rings are 15-20 cm apart and share a water valve, and the direction of the water jet is opposite, so that the material and water are reversed and stirred repeatedly to reduce the spray of dry powder.
B: Add a reducing gourd tube. A reducing gourd-shaped iron pipe with a length of about 0.8 meters is added to the middle of the feeding pipe, and two water adding water rings are placed at its two ends. The material and water pass through the gourd pipe to generate a vortex to strengthen the stirring and further reduce the dry powder.
C: Low pressure near spray. Under the condition of wet material, the conveying distance is 30-40 meters, and the short-distance spraying with low wind pressure can reduce dust and rebound. The wind pressure should not exceed 0.2 MPa, and the spray gun nozzle should be 300-450 mm away from the side of the road and 450-600 mm from the top of the road. Use anchor shotcrete machine dust collector. The severely leaked dust from the feeding port and exhaust port of the sprayer is sucked into the dust collector, and the dust is collected by the spray and filter in the dust collector, and the purified air returns to the tunnel.
D: Choose a new type of wet shotcrete machine, and spray the pre-mixed concrete with the wet shotcrete machine through the feed pipe and spray gun to fundamentally solve the dust hazard of the dry shotcrete machine.
E: Water curtain purification and ventilation and dust removal. Set up a spray water curtain in the return air at the spraying site to filter the dusty air.
