The hydraulic shotcrete machine is also called the hydraulic grouting pump. The gear oil pump is directly driven by the electric motor. The high-pressure oil output from the gear oil pump enters the hydraulic reversing valve block through the overflow valve. The hydraulic reversing valve block controls the oil cylinder. Reciprocating movement, because the oil cylinder and the working cylinder move synchronously, and because the bore stroke of the working cylinder is the same as that of the oil cylinder, the displacement and pressure of the working cylinder are basically similar to those of the oil cylinder. There are a set of suction valves and discharge valves at both ends of the working cylinder. The slurry valve can suck and discharge the same slurry or two different slurries separately.
The hydraulic shotcrete machine is composed of electric motors, gear oil pumps, overflow valves, hydraulic reversing valve blocks, oil cylinders, working cylinders, mixers, as well as oil tanks, radiators, oil filters, intake and exhaust valves, and electric control boxes.
