1.Start the Wet Mix Shotcrete Machine
Check whether the rotation direction of the rotor body is consistent with the arrow. Open the valves for the upper and lower winds respectively to check whether the nozzles are normal. If there is no wind or there is little wind, check whether the pipe is blocked.
2.Initial adjustment of the pressing mechanism
Start the Wet Mix Shotcrete Machine and open the upper air valve. First tighten the three compression mechanisms by hand, and then use a ratchet wrench to turn them for approximately 2 turns until there is no air leakage between the sealing plate and the steel lining.
3.Wet Mix Shotcrete Machine Accelerator Pressure and Flow Adjustment
(1) Regulated pressure
When using the Wet Mix Shotcrete Machine for the first time, the accelerator pressure should be reset. Close the flow regulating valve and pick up the cover. There is a manifold block on the pump bracket, and there is a dedicated pressure gauge and pressure gauge switch on the manifold block. Start the throttle pump and observe the pressure gauge for pressure. If there is no pressure or the pressure is low, you can use a wrench to turn the adjustment screw, clockwise to turn upward, and counterclockwise to adjust. The allowable pressure range is 0.6MPa-0.7MPa. After adjusting the pressure, tighten the cap on the adjusting screw, close the pressure gauge switch, and adjust the pressure. It is best to install a small amount of water in the reservoir for the first time. After the pressure is adjusted, the water is discharged.
(2) Adjust flow
The flow is achieved by adjusting the flow regulating valve. Clockwise rotation is smaller, and counterclockwise rotation is larger. The rotation must be slow during the adjustment process to avoid liquid flow impingement and damage to the instrument.
The rated flow rate of the flowmeter is 1Mpa, and the maximum flow rate is 160L/h.
The scale on the glass tube of the flowmeter is not measured in "liters per hour", and the scale on each small square is "4 liters per hour".
Due to the structural characteristics of the acceleration pump, its flow fluctuates.
Therefore, the indicator float in the flowmeter glass tube floats up and down, but does not affect the measurement. When the float floats, the lower row can give a more accurate reading.
In addition, due to the fluctuation of liquid flow, the flow rate will slowly decrease within one minute of startup, so the operator should pay attention to timely adjustment.
