There are two main types of shotcrete machine (Gunite Machine): wet shotcrete machine and dry shotcrete machine.
Dry shotcrete machine is typically used on smaller projects, including mixing sprayed concrete materials (cement and sand) with water at the nozzle. This method is more labor intensive than wet shotcrete machine, but it is more cost-effective for smaller projects.
On the other hand, wet shotcrete machines are typically used for large projects, including premixing the shotcrete material with water in a mixer before pumping it through a hose to a nozzle. This method is more efficient and faster than dry shotcrete machine, but due to the need for additional equipment, the cost is higher.
