Preparation procedure before operation of wet shotcrete machine:
1. Connect the air duct, water and electricity, fill up the water in the cooling water tank of the wet spraying oil cylinder, run the wet spraying machine dry, the equipment is normal, notify the mixing station to mix the material, and prepare for the spraying operation.
2.Connect all the pipelines of the wet spraying machine, mix 10-20L cement slurry and pour it into the pipeline before spraying, put in sufficient concrete, and remove the stones on the screen in time.
3. Startup procedure: turn on the air source (4ba) - start the positive pump of wet shotcrete machiner (start the switch to make the motor run to drive the oil pump) - turn on the accelerator switch.
Treatment of blocked pipes:
1.In the case of work, the working pressure of the equipment should be observed frequently. If the pressure of the pressure gauge reaches 130bar and does not drop, it is because the pressure has become abnormal. The accelerator should be turned off in time, and the switch of wet shotcrete machine should be adjusted to Upward (reverse operation), reverse operation for several times, then stop the pump, then turn off the air source, check whether the reducing pipe and other related parts are blocked, if any blockage is found, clean it up immediately.
2.After the pipeline is dredged, adjust the pump operation mode to normal operation, turn on the wind, start the power supply and the accelerator switch.
