Quickly solve the problem and countermeasures of pipeline blockage of wet mix shotcrete machine or dry mix shotcrete machine：
1. When the shotcrete machine is working, the working pressure of the wet shotcrete machine should be observed frequently. If the pressure of the pressure gauge reaches 130bar and does not drop, it is because the pressure becomes abnormal. The quick-setting agent should be turned off in time, and the shotcrete machine 's transfer switch is turned up (reverse operation).
2. After the reverse operation of the wet sprayer has been carried out several times, stop the pump, and then turn off the air source. Check whether the reducing pipe of the shotcrete machine and other related parts are blocked. If any blockage is found, clean it up immediately.
3. After the pipeline of the wet mix shotcrete machine is dredged, adjust the operation mode of the pump to normal operation, turn on the wind, start the power supply and switch on the accelerator.
