Cement mortar spraying machine is a fast cement mortar spraying machine. 1. Cement: Common Portland Cement is not less than 425.
2. Lime: Use the lump ash burned through the new kiln, neither fire nor fire.
3. Sand: Gravity sand blasting adopts pure fine sand with particle size of 0.1-0.25mm, mechanical shotcrete adopts pure medium-coarse sand with particle size of 0.25-0.5mm, moisture content should not exceed 5%, moisture content of 4-6% is appropriate.
4. Pebble: pure pebble or gravel, the maximum particle size should not be greater than 25 mm, the particle size greater than 15 mm should be controlled below 20%, and the content of flake and needle particles should not exceed 15% (weight).
