1. Driver of Shotcrete Machine
The fully enclosed oil-immersed reducer is installed at the bottom of the machine and driven by three-stage gears. The motor is mounted vertically on the reducer, parallel to the rotor shaft.
2. Rotor Assembly
A unique through anti-stick rotor is adopted, each round hole is lined with a plastic cavity made of non-stick material, which improves the ability of the sprayer to deal with wet materials and reduces the workload of cleaning and maintenance.
Steel liner of Shotcrete Machine : There is a steel liner on the upper and lower sides of the rotor body. The steel liner has high hardness and wear resistance.
Rubber board: There are two pieces, upper and lower, made of special rubber, very wear-resistant.
Compression mechanism: screw augmentation and cylindrical rubber spring are used as elastic automatic compression device. The pressure distribution at the rubber sheet can be ensured by four-point compaction. The elastic deformation force of the rubber spring will automatically press the rubber spring to the steel liner after the rubber plate is worn out, and maintain a considerable pressure all the time, which improves the sealing effect and reduces the dust escaping. At the same time, it can avoid the excessive wear and tear caused by the rubber plate being pressed too tightly and prolong the life of the vulnerable parts.
3. Dry Shotcrete Machine's Wind system
Spherical valves are used to control the main air path, the upper air path to the rotor and the lower air path to the cyclone, respectively. Another small air duct is used to supply air to the hopper vibrator. There is also a pressure gauge in the lower air passage to monitor the working pressure of the conveying pipe.
4. Injection System
The utility model is composed of a feeding hose and a sprinkler head. Wear-resistant nozzle is used for conveying pipe. The nozzle is made of polymer material by pressure injection. Dry Shotcrete Machine The water pipe, water ring and water valve are fixed on the sprinkler head.
5. Electrical control box
