(1) Check the contour size of the wet equipment surface and trim it to conform to the design of the wet shotcrete equipment. If loose and broken parts exist, they must be cleaned up.
(2) Water-proof and drainage treatment should be done in advance in areas with obvious seepage.
(3) Before using the wet shotcrete machine, wash the rock surface with high pressure wind and water, and clean the weak and broken rock on the surface. When flushing, it starts from the tunnel vault and cleans to the bottom of the side wall in order from top to bottom.
(4) Prepare scaffolding or working platform and iron shield.
(5) Check whether the machinery, pipeline, safety valve and pressure gauge of the wet grouting machine are in good condition and carry out trial operation.
(6) Make a good mark of the thickness of the shotcrete equipment layer on the vault, side wall or rock surface.
