PZ-5 dry shotcrete machine combines three technologies: concrete pump, air compressor system and accelerator system. It is a product with very high technology content and very difficult technical realization in concrete machinery. Dry type gunite machine is mainly used in railway, highway tunnel, water conservancy and hydropower, subway, mine roadway, military facilities, various underground building construction and emergency engineering construction. The basic technology of dry shotcrete machine is to use hydraulic pressure to transport ready-mixed concrete through pipeline to shotcrete, to insert compressed air and accelerating agent into the shotcrete mouth, and then to spray concrete to the gunite machine surface at high speed to form a concrete supporting layer after rapid solidification and hardening. With the large-scale development of modern engineering construction, in recent years, the market demand of shotcrete truck has been rapidly enlarged, and the requirement of construction efficiency has become higher and higher. (1) Before operation, check whether the machine is running smoothly or not, and then check whether the power supply air pipes are connected properly.
(2) After confirming that all the external connections have been completed, turn on the machine, do not cut the material first, and see if the machine can operate properly.
(3) After the startup is confirmed to be correct, 2-3 people cooperate with the operation according to the specific situation, and the concrete is transported to the spray gun through the pipeline, compressed air and accelerator are inserted into the spray gun mouth, then the concrete is sprayed to the sprayed surface at high speed, and the concrete supporting layer is formed after rapid solidification and hardening. Continuous operation can be realized.
(4) After the operation, unplug the power supply, remove the air pipes and collect the wires.
