2. Connect the air and water pipelines, open the air supply and water supply valves, check the air pressure and water pressure, and check whether the air and water pipelines are leaking, leaking and unblocked, and deal with the problems in time.
3. Check if the feeding pipe is damaged and replace the feeding pipe when it is damaged.
4. Rinse the rock surface with high pressure water before grouting. (It is strictly forbidden to wash the rock surface with high pressure water for soft, fractured and expansive surrounding rocks, and it is possible to remove rock powder and gravel by pressure wind.)
2） Operational sequence
1. Standard sequence of start-up operation: water supply open pressure air open wet shotcrete machine adjustment of air pressure, water pressure feeding grouting;
2.Normal shutdown operation sequence: stop feeding stop spraying machine shut down water stop air.
3. When blockage occurs during grouting, the wet shotcrete equipment should be shut down immediately, the water should be shut down again, and finally the air should be stopped for treatment.
3） Feeding
1. The feeding staff should obey the leadership of the jet driver. After the jet wet shotcrete equipment is running normally, the mix material will be loaded into the hopper of the jet machine.
2. Buckling and milling should be injected into the hopper of the jet wet shotcrete equipment when feeding, and feeding to the hopper is not allowed.
3. In the normal spraying process, the material should be continuous and uniform, and sufficient stock should always be kept in the hopper. The feeding speed can not be increased forcibly, and the excessive load of the sprayer can be prevented.

4）Order of closing operation.
1. After the grouting work is finished, close the air-water valve, unload the nozzle, clean the water ring and the grouting machine.
2. Send the feeding pipe and air pipe to the fixed point and put them away.
3. Check the injection quality, mark the unqualified places, and make up for the next spray.
