Control of raw materials and optimization of mixing ratio
For fine aggregates, medium coarse sand or wet mix shotcrete machine sand with reasonable grading and fineness modulus between 2.5 and 3.2 should be used. The coarse aggregate should be selected from 5 ~ 10mm gravel. The cement can be selected from ordinary Portland cement, which is compatible with the concrete design label, and its technical indicators meet the requirements. It is worth noting that: according to the on-site construction survey, the concrete field potential should be controlled between 180 and 200m. If the slump is too small, the pipe plugging phenomenon will occur. The slump will be difficult to self-stabilize and collapse when spraying. The amount of rebound is large, and the amount of accelerator is increased, and the strength of the concrete is not guaranteed.
