The structure and function of the dry shotcrete machine. The cement slurry from the mud pump is mixed with the sand and gravel and the accelerator from the shotcrete machine in the mixer.
1) Jetting machine: It is mainly composed of hopper, mixing device, discharge elbow, air system, rotor, reducer and other parts. The motor drives the rotor to rotate through the reducer. Load the stirred material into the rotor, send it out of the outlet elbow through the gas pipeline in the gas system, and then pass the mixture through the conveying pipe, by the assistant of the auxiliary air pipeline in the air system, Nozzle, spray to the receiving surface.
2) Cement slurry mixer: It is mainly composed of motor, gearbox, water tank, upper mixing bucket, lower mixing bucket, water tank control valve, and upper mixing bucket discharge valve. The cement slurry agitator is a double barrel type. The upper bucket is stirred first and then put into the lower bucket for preparation. After the upper bucket is stirred again, the mud pump is started, so that the work can be continuously performed.
3) Squeeze-type cement slurry pump: It is mainly composed of motor, gearbox, pump casing, eccentric wheel frame, rubber hose, pipe joint and so on. This pump is a positive displacement pump, which does not require irrigation and drainage, and has strong self-priming capacity.
4) Mixing device: This mixing device is composed of left and right spiral mixing assembly and mud input device. Connected to the spiral mixing assembly is a delivery pipe and a spray gun.
