To ensure the quality and work efficiency, shotcrete machine operators should pay attention to the folowing points in the operation:
1.At the beginning of the operation, advanced air pressure should be used to start the motor, then the water supply and finally the feed.
2.Operators should allways pay attention to the changes in the pressure gauge pointer, control the pressure value to an appropriate value.
3.Adjust the water valve at any time to maintain a suitable water-cement ratio. When the water-cement ratio is appropriate, the surface of the new sprayed layer is smooth, the gloss is moist, the tightness is good, rebound, no dry spots or slippage.
4.If sudden stoppage of wind, water stoppage, and power outage during construction, you must clean up the mixture in the spraying machine and the feeding pipe in time.
5.Appropriate control of the loading capacity. In normal operation, the hopper should ensure a sufficient amount of inventory to prevent the occurrence of wind.
6.In the spraying operation, if a blockage or sudden shutdown or power outage occurs, immediately close the water valve and place the spray head downwards to prevent water from flowing into the feed pipe.
7.Open the nozzle check before operation. After the end, should be promptly washed with water.
8.If the conveyor arm is blocked and processed, it must stop and stop. It is forbidden to face the feeding pipe to the person or face the feeding pipe to handle the failure.
