1. To ensure the normal operation of the spraying machine, the machine should always pay attention to the temperature of the motor and reducer, mechanical operation and sound.

2. Always pay attention to the abrasion situation of the spray pipe. If it is found that the wear is serious, it should be replaced in time to prevent accidents when the spray pipe breaks when spraying.

3. For each spray of 300m3, it is necessary to perform a comprehensive maintenance on the sprayer. These include:
1) Check the use of reducer and motor.
2) Replace the oil in the reducer in time and add grease to the rotating part of the bearing.
3) Clean the upper and lower tank walls and the upper and lower bell valves (upper and lower swing valves).
