The PZ series shotcrete machine is mainly composed of a driving device, a rotor assembly, a sealing system, a vibrating hopper, a wind path system, an injection system, and a quick-setting agent addition system.
1. Drive device: It consists of main motor, reducer, etc., three-stage gear transmission, the transmission efficiency is about 93%.
2. Rotor assembly: It consists of rotor body, material cavity, rotor liner and so on.
3. Sealing system: It consists of upper and lower rubber sealing plates and pressing mechanism. Rubber sealing plate: There are two upper and lower parts, made of special ingredients.
Pressing mechanism: screw pressing device is adopted to ensure reasonable pressure distribution across the joint surface of the rubber sealing plate. It improves the sealing effect and reduces dust spillage.
4. Vibrating hopper: It consists of hopper, vibrator, screen and so on. Forced cutting with vibration can make the concrete mix smoothly enter the rotor cavity.
5. Wind system: It consists of main damper, upper and lower damper, air divider, pressure gauge and pipeline accessories. The main damper controls the amount of air flow, and the up and down damper controls the upwind path leading to the rotor and the downwind path leading to the cyclone, respectively.
6. Injection system: consist of a delivery hose and a spray head. The delivery hose is made of new wear-resistant spray pipe, and the spray head is made of polymer material.
7. Accelerator dosage metering system: It consists of quick-setting agent tank, metering pump, pressure gauge, suction pipeline, air-filling atomization system, filtration system and discharge pipeline.
The metering pump is used to add the accelerator accurately, which can ensure the stability and reliablity of the accelerator addition.
8. The pressure gauge is used to monitor the working pressure in the accelerator line.
