Wet spraying technologyis a dynamic construction process, which should be adjusted according to the actual site of concrete site, wind pressure, spraying angle and spraying distance. The length of hose should not be more than 20 meters, the wind pressure should be controlled between 0.3 and 0.5 Mpa in tunnel vault operation and 0.2 to 0.4 Mpa in side wall wet spraying operation.
Injection angle and distance.
When wet shotcrete machine working, the nozzle should be perpendicular to the spraying surface, while the side wall spraying should bend the nozzle down about 10 o to make the concrete East thicker spraying at the top of the coagulator. Avoid the small angle between the nozzle and the spraying surface, which causes the concrete material rolling on the spraying surface to produce uneven wavy spraying surface, and increase the springback quantity.
The spraying distance should be determined according to the minimum springback and maximum strength of concrete. The optimum distance to the sprayed surface is within 11.5m, and the springback is the smallest when the spraying situation can be seen clearly and the bundle is concentrated.
