Layered jet method is adopted in construction, and the thickness of primary jet is within 46 cm.
Before the first layer is injected, the enjoyment measurement module is embedded in the determined section position: the first layer hardens to a certain strength before the Gunite Machine lower layer can be injected, and finally each layer can move forward without falling and reaching the required thickness.
If the former layer has been covered with dust before shotcreting, the surface should be cleaned by high pressure gas or water. In the process of shotcreting, the rebound of the aggregate with too thin thickness should be avoided, Gunite Machine or the phenomenon of falling flow of the shotcrete with too thick thickness should be avoided.
If there is an empty heave between the shotcrete and the rock surface, the thickness of each shotcrete should not be less than 2 times of the aggregate size to reduce the rebound rate.
