Dry shotcrete machine is the equipment that sprays the raw materials (concrete, cement, etc.) into the hopper, which is dry sprayed concrete. It applies the pressure through the air compressor to send the dry material to the nozzle. The dry material is mixed with water at the nozzle and then sprayed out.
Widely used in mines, tunnels, culverts, subways, slope support, hydropower engineering, underground engineering, and high-gas mine mine roadway sprayed concrete construction operations.
Use of dry shotcrete machine
Check whether the connection of the dry shotcrete machine is correct and reliable.
Start the machine and check if the rotation direction is correct (same direction as the arrow).
Check the pressing force applied to the rubber plate, and lock the nut on the lever of the device until it is compressed until there is no air leakage at the rubber plate.
Open the air valve and check whether the wind pressure is leaking from the rubber dense plate.
When the shotcrete machine is started, the loader adds concrete materials into the machine's silo, and mixes the accelerator. When charging, the material should be kept continuous and uniform, and the jetting operation is started.
When spraying, it is necessary to make up and evenly spray first, and then spray again to meet the design requirements.
