When the wet shotcrete machine is performing wet spraying operations, there are often some small faults. The operator needs to understand some troubleshooting methods.
First, parts wear quickly
Reason: Poor construction environment, long transportation distance, and long water inlet pipeline. Method: Add power unit, shorten the length of inlet pipe and reduce cavitation.
Air leakage between rubber plate and rotor body
Reason: The pressure of the pressing equipment is small, or the pressing force at a certain pressure point is inappropriate, there is a foreign matter in the sealing surface, and the rotor liner is scratched Method: Check and adjust the pressing equipment, quickly remove foreign objects from the beginning, check the rotor liner, if there is a groove, it should be ground or replaced with a new one
Third, the water pressure is small and the flow is small
Reason: There is air in the wet sprayer, the gap between the impeller and the front lining is large, the clutch is not tightly closed, and the impeller lining is worn.
Method: Drain the air in the wet sprayer, adjust the clearance, adjust the clutch, and replace the impeller or liner.
Fourth, the quick setting effect is poor
Reason: The quality of the accelerator is not enough, and the ratio of the accelerator is not correct. Method: Change the accelerator and adjust the amount of accelerator
